Nowadays, users have eassy installation for traces visualization as part of the Jaeger UI that gets intalled by Tempo.

Tracing UI plugin needs the COO to be installed, complicating it by adding more resources and steps.

As part of the activities to deprecate and remove the JaegerUI, the possibility of installing the tracing UI plugin as part of Tempo shall be analyzed and, if no major blockers found, implemented.
