      Description of problem:

      Tracking: https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/03325509

      Tracking: https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/03324855

      Original Query:
Customer is storing logs in splunk and the oadp-controller-manager logs are too verbose and filling up their storage.  The customer would like to set the verbosity level of the logs lower to save space.

As implemented: We decided log level is not necessary as long as we stop logging after DPA reaches reconciled status.

The automation for testing would check that after reconciled is reached on valid DPA that openshift-adp controller do not keep repeatedly adding new logs.
