Description of problem:

CRD field Descriptions users get in the web console come from comments directly above the declaration of each spec field. Currently comments for each field might use CapitalizedCamelCase when the user json tag is expected to be smallCamelCase.

For consistency for the user, it should be the same case user is expected to use.
