Description of problem:

Backup of 100 VMs completed OK. (kubevirt & datamover)
While trying to restore, datadownloads failed with "message: 'data path restore failed: '"
I ran restore a few times, each time a different VMs failing to restore.

VM:
rhel9
1 Disk - PV size 10G
Total data - 6GB

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OCP - 4.21.0-ec.3
ODF - 4.20.4
CNV - 4.21.0-139
OADP - 1.5.3

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. populate 100 VMs 
2. run backup
3. run restore

Actual results:

restore failed - datadownloads failed, message: 'data path restore failed: '

Expected results:

restore completed

Backup completed without errors.
