Description of problem:

DPA setup includes a dew backuplocations.
The backup locations have the same s3Url with a different bucket name (Total 5 buckets)

Trying to set a new default by changing "default: true" - The new default isn't set.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add multiple instances of backuplocation to DPA
2. run 'oc get bsl' - and check the deafult
3. DPA- change the default BSL to 'default: false'
4. DPA- change 'default: true' of other backuplocation
5. run 'oc get bsl' - and check the deafult

Actual results:

BSL default isn't changed

New BSL default set
