A leftover from prior CI implementations.
The field BslMountPath was used to mount bsl secrets used in CI whenever bslSpec.Velero.Config["credentialsFile"] exists.
It is not an expected nor recommended path for customers to use. E2E is being updated to remove its usage and so this behavior should be removed eventually.
