Description of problem:

The content of a PV backed up through OADP does not gets restored.
A new empty PV gets provisioned, although PVC has its source pointing to a VolumeSnapshot object

How reproducible:

• All the time in customer's environment

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a PV backed up by a CSI StorageClass ocs-storagecluster-cephfs associated to the namespace being backed up.
2. Put some info into the PV used by a test POD.
3. Create and run the backup CR against the namespace.
4. Delete PVC.
5. Run the restore CR.

Actual results:

• Validate data inside the mountpoint of the PV in the POD. It's empty, no data was restored.

Expected results:

• PV should contain data backed up
