This is a tracker to track the work done for replacing callouts with either of the acceptable options (definition list or bulleted list).

I will be working on the OADP Use cases assembly in this tracker. I anticipate there will be many files as OADP is a callout heavy feature. Hence, it makes sense to split the work assembly wise. It will also help in keeping the PR not too big enough to cause problems when we backport the work to 4.14.
