• Allowing Velero deployment to include custom annotations

What is the nature and description of the request?

• As per customer requirements we need OADP pods to use a vlan to connect s3 storage. Configuring OADP with multus would be needed for the pods to reach the network. Multus require an annotation to include a second interface, e.g.: k8s.v1.cni.cncf.io/networks: nad-example.

• Network isolation betweet machinenet and storage network

Reviewing the pods, ihmo only the velero deployment need the annotation.
