Identify content in OADP that is not being used for generating production docs and remove it. This is necessary for all branches that need to be migrated.

Unused content was identified by the OCP team, see Copy of unused-modules-4.12-main. Verify the suggested files for branches 4.12-4.16 are indeed not used and remove them.
