This issue tracks the upstream Velero GitHub issue #9267 which is part of the Velero v1.18 milestone.

Description

There is a diagnostic mechanism after expose fails for VGDP expose for both CSI snapshot data movement and fs-backup.
However, some informative messages are in the backupPod/restorePod/backupPVC/restorePVC's events only, while that part are not included in the diagnostic.

This enhancement would improve the diagnostic capabilities by including event information that is currently missing from the diagnostic output.
