      •  Provision a Kubernetes cluster for upstream testing (options: MiniKube or managed service like EKS/AKS). Probably use AKS or EKS clusters for upstream testing as an alternative to MiniKube or Kind, citing their ease of provisioning and built-in CSI capabilities, which would streamline the existing pipeline.
