      Description of problem:

      HCP backups should fail immediately if includedNamespace is not in the backup.spec

      WORKAROUND:

      always use:  backup.spec.includedNamespaces with HCP backups.

      Doc needs to specify this.

        • If the backup is NOT a hypershift backup, remove the hypershift plugin from the DPA config.
