This issue tracks the upstream Velero issue #9245 (https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/velero/issues/9245), where repository maintenance jobs fail to inherit tolerations from the Velero deployment.

Problem: Repository maintenance pods do not inherit tolerations from the Data Protection Application (DPA) configuration, causing scheduling issues in environments with node taints.

Upstream Status: The upstream fix has been merged in Velero PR #9256 (https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/velero/pull/9256).

Impact: This prevents proper scheduling of repository maintenance jobs in clusters with node taints and tolerations configured.
