Description of problem:

As of now if backup/restore using data mover is used and it fails or partially fails in an instance such as timeout, VSB/VSR remain in progress. We need to update the status of VSB/VSR to reflect backup/restore failed status.

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a backup/restore using data mover that will fail backup/restore, such as timeout.
2. Wait for failed status on backup/restore CR
3. Check status on VSB/VSR CR

Actual results:

VSB/VSR remain in progress.

Expected results:

VSB/VSR had a failed status.
