Proposed title of this feature request

• TTL-based deletion of images backed up.

What is the nature and description of the request?

• Product improvement and customer requirement: Images that have been backed up are not expiring and not being deleted after TTL time, hence the BackupStorageLocation storage will grow indefinitely when this feature is enabled. 

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• Customers without an external image repository might face an unexpected infinite grow of s3 storage caused by storing images that are no longer required from the backups.
