Redhat Openshift has its own Velero (oadp-velero) and Velero AWS plugin (oadp-velero-plugin-for-aws) images. The tags used by these images are different than the underlying Velero and Velero AWS plugin versions.

This RFE is to tag oadp-velero and oadp-velero-plugin-for-aws images with the underlying Velero version tag and Velero-plugin-for-aws tag.

Given the Velero version and Velero-aws-plugin  version, this RFE shall enable to correctly pull the corresponding oadp-velero and oadp-velero-plugin-for-aws images. The images shall be pushed to icr.
