All the mendetory params of all sections should be on top of the sections, followed by the default params, the OCP deployment, OADP deployment section should come first on pipeline page. 

Disable branch plugin for all the oadp jobs as it buffer while fetching the remote branch and also the default selection is not working with this plugin. Simply replacing it with string param BRANCH with default value "main" and a link to the respo in description to quickly find the feature branch.
