When using the `oc get` command for OADP Backup and Restore resources, there are only NAME and AGE.
[cloud-user@ocp-psi-executor-xl ~]$ oc get backup -n openshift-adp
NAME AGE

Why not display their current status.phase (Completed, Failed, PartiallyFailed...)? This ensures consistency with other k8s/OCP resources, which typically expose their status directly in the default output.
