Description of problem:

This may be a dupe issue, but I could not find the original.

We've merged the dev DPT documentation

This work can be combined w/ the oadp-must-gather updates, here's why.  Our intention is to have customers:

1. First run the DPT prior to executing an oadp-must-gather.  This will help the OADP team debug any issues.
2. Once DPT is executed, then the customer would execute the oadp-must-gather.

This work should be paired w/ oadp-must-gather in the trouble shooting guide.  This work should ALSO be linked w/ any OADP performance documentation.

Let's target OADP-1.5.0 if possible, if not OADP-1.5.1 is OK.
