As an OADP engineer

• I want to ensure a customer has adequate network for backups 
  so that we can stop guessing.

• I want to create csi snapshots, for example 10 csi snapshots and measure the time it takes to execute the snapshots.

This measurement should be recorded in the CR.

Verify that... Upload speed tests work across BSL's 

time and data upload rate are returned by the cr.
