Description of problem:

Long running install has stopped working after OADP update from 1.4.1 to 1.4.2 with the error on the passive hub showing "no backups found"

OADP 1.4.2

How reproducible:

Always in the customer environment

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Attempt to perform a restore using OADP 1.4.2

Actual results:

The passive hub reports "no backups found"

Expected results:

Restore works the same as 1.4.1

Additional info:

The customer has validated that both the active and passive hubs can see the backups and that the storage locations are showing Phase: Available for both.
