      currently the depoly-oadp.yaml under :
      /home/kni/git/mpqe-scale-scripts/oadp-helpers
      support      method: downstream  & upstream 
      need to add support for oadp_upstream which runs from different location of oadp-qe repo 
      this line should be added and fully tested with the all flow:

      export REPOSITORY="community" ;bash   operator/oadp/deploy_latest_upstream.sh
      1. deploy all methos of OADP
      2. deploy DPA 
      3. create bucket  minio & mcg 
      4. modify DPA
