Post ocp-c1 to GPC migration for openshift qe jenkins , it was discussed and agreed upon that openshift qe infra team will rename the kubernetes agent cloud name to a more generic name so that if an issue does occur in one of the cloud say GPC k8s cloud , they can simply change the underlying casc and no other pipeline would need to have the name changes again.

It is communicated that the new dynamic k8s cloud name is : `openshift qe jenkins agents`  so need to change all the relevant pipelines one last time to this cloud name.
