Description of problem:

By default OCP 4.19 will have pod security enhancements that break fsbackup.

By default I would suggest that fsbackup is not enabled by default IF POSSIBLE.

If a customer wants to continue to use fsbackup kopia/restic additional scc changes / privileges will need to be granted to the nodeAgents.
