Kopia doesn't delete all the contents under the folder ${bucket_name}/kopia/${namespace} on the s3 location after backup expiration.
Similar to the reported issues at,

- https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/velero/issues/7716 [2]
As per [2] looks like even if all backups have been deleted is still required to run kind of kopia maintenance for deleting those.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run multiple incremental backups
2. Expire some backups
3. Review contents on the S3 backend
