Description of problem:

During scheduled backup, CSI backup every 5 minutes, 1 ns with 10 pods, 

backups failed after 11.5 hours with error "rpc error: code = Unavailable desc = error reading from server:    EOF"

After Velero pod restarted (Due to OADP-4449) , backups were continue and completed OK

1. Create NS with pods 
2. Run schedule backup, set to every 5 min
3. check backups status
