      Description of problem:

      As part of testing GitHub issue of a potential memory leak in Velero 1.14,

      Running schedule backup of single namespace with 10 pods, CSI plugin.
      The backup is running every 5 min.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OCP 4.5.11
      ODF 4.15.4
      OADP 1.4.0-13

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create NS with pods 
      2. Run schedule backup , set to every 5 min
      3. Monitor Velero CPU & Memory

      Actual results:

      velero memory leak

      Expected results:

      no memory leak
