Customer is trying to back up applications with OADP, but some apps use PVCs on StorageClasses that do not support snapshots. To force the use of Kopia instead of snapshots, they have set the parameter "defaultVolumesToFsBackup: true". However, even with this configuration, backups are failing while trying to take a snapshot:
