github.com/openshift/oadp-operator READMEs should redirect all usage instructions to docs.openshift.com and only keep development docs there.
This mean any GA features updates to usage instructions should be available downstream.
When a customer asks, "how do I?" we should be able to give them docs.openshift.com link.
