[DOC] Must-gather essential wrong version

Description of problem:

Starting with OpenShift 4.13 docs, there are several possibilities to collect a must-gather.

In the case of essential and the timeout option, the indication is to run:

oc adm must-gather --image=registry.redhat.io/oadp/oadp-mustgather-rhel8:v1.1 -- /usr/bin/gather_<time>_essential  

While the other options indicate the following:

OADP 1.2

oc adm must-gather --image=registry.redhat.io/oadp/oadp-mustgather-rhel8:v1.2 

OADP 1.3

oc adm must-gather --image=registry.redhat.io/oadp/oadp-mustgather-rhel9:v1.3 

Shouldn't the essential must-gather collection also consider the different versions of OADP running?
