Description of problem:

• As of today, CloudStorage: openshift-adp-controller-manager crashloop seg fault with Restic enabled is highlighted as a Known Issue in the ROSA documentation, although it's not a ROSA-specific issue.

Desirable goal for this issue:

• For CloudStorage: openshift-adp-controller-manager crashloop seg fault with Restic enabled to be added to the newly added `OADP plugins known issues` [0] section of the standard RHOCP documentation.
