Description of problem:

Currently we only instructing user to run this script when the backup type is restic. This behavior has changed in OADP 1.3.0. We have to run this script whenever restoring the deployConfig resources with volumes. DeploymentConfig resource is scaled down to the 0 replicas for all the backup types.

Update this instruction to run post-restore script after each backup type.
