We need to establish an OADP lab available in RHPDS which can be used to help CEE, field staff, partners, and future RHTE/Summit events.

We would like to see this lab available prior to the OADP downstream release to help with the CEE enablement, this means we would like to be able to consume upstream releases through ~November, December, January and then update the lab to use the official downstream release once available.
