This is a place holder task for changes to Log_collector and CleanCephfs flows

Log Collector:

1) Log_collector script which will be called by benchmark-runner needs to allow for dyanamic sourcing of utilf.sh scripts.  see: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/mlehrer/mpqe-scale-scripts/-/issues/7

2) Log_collector stand-alone, needs to generate same type of files/logs as it does when invoked  by benchmark-assistant 

CleanCephfs

1) allow for sourcing utlif.sh dynamically  see: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/mlehrer/mpqe-scale-scripts/-/issues/7

2) Support cleaning of bucket for upstream flows: see:

 https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/mlehrer/mpqe-scale-scripts/-/issues/8

3) Fail if ceph status NOT_OK but output instructions to  user to ack warnings to set ceph status back to OK eg: ceph crash info and ceph crash archive-all
