      Customer using baremetal IPI is seeing 'x509: certificate signed by unknown authority' errors. Their  DataProtectionApplication CR already has 'spec.backupImages: false' and 'spec.backupLocations.velero.config.insecureSkipTLSVerify: "false"' set per the existing KCS.

      Environment is baremetal IPI and using the stable-1.2 channel for the OADP operator.
