Please add needed cleanup process for storage rbd and cephfs, and bucket.

Please veify the process works for both downstream oapd and upstream velero

Clean up process should be isolated outside of benchmark wrapper script and should be invoked without having to run wrapper script

Once the wrapper has shown clean up process to work please run the following:

Please test the full flow with wrapper on large runs which contain 4 scenarios run sequentially such as:

For example

• 1.0
• 1.9.9
• 1.9
• 1.11.9

Then please repeat with upstream.

Exit Criteria: 

Cleanup runs and Scenarios are able to execute without hitting issues related to left overs and that the flows run without manual intervention for the above scenarios for upstream and also dowstream.
