Currently Django application is not working in disconnected cluster, because in it's deployment process, it is building an image which require to download dependencies which is blocked due to the disconnected cluster mirroring configured.

Currently we are skipping those tests for disconnected cluster, but we might consider fixing this issue as there are a lot of Django based tests.
