Description of problem:

Upstream Velero does NOT deliver the kopia client binary as it does with restic

After some discussion with the team, the absence of the kopia client binary may make debugging and customer scenarios MORE difficult to solve.

TO-DO:

Add the kopia client binary as part of the must-gather or velero container?
