      Description of problem:

      In Velero 1.10, the "restic-restore-action-config" configmap was renamed to "fs-restore-action-config". OADP 1.2 (based on Velero 1.11) still uses the old name.

      How reproducible: Always

       

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. `oc get configmap n openshiftadp`
      2. Look for "restic-restore-action-config" vs. "fs-restore-action-config"
      3.

      Actual results:

      "restic-restore-action-config" is created on DPA creation

      Expected results:

      "fs-restore-action-config" is created on DPA creation
