Velero is having domain problems around the time of 1.0 GA. Their domain was `velero.io`. I created a local attribute `{velero-domain}` and added it to most of the OADP assemblies. I set the value to `velero.netlify.com` because that domain currently works, but Netlify is a build tool, so Velero will eventually register a new domain or reinstate their old domain.

The Velero domain issue needs to be checked in the future. When they have a new permanent domain, the attribute can be updated or it can be removed, if it is easier to hard-code the Velero domain in the URLs.
