This epic is tracking the work to enable backup of virtual machines managed by Kubevirt via OADP. For 1.1, we want to verify that basic VM backup/restore scenarios work with a default OADP installation since this default install will include the CNV velero plugin.

For 1.1 we will not be adding additional test cases/TE/documentation since CNV owns the actual integration under https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-16552.

This will not go GA until CNV 4.12.

For OADP 1.1 just verify the default installation includes support for CNV, i.e. the kubevirt plugin is installed in the cluster on a default OADP install.
