Description of problem:

When using OADP with a AWS S3 bucket, in velero pod logs there is a difference in the "backupCount" between the cluster and the backup store.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

OADP 1.1.5 

How reproducible:

All the time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make snapshots and check velero logs for a difference between "backupCount"

Actual results:

Differences in the backupCount in the logs

Expected results:

Same backupCount in both "cluster" and "backup store"
