OADP Velero "received EOF, stopping recv loop"

Description of problem:

Velero logs are in a loop with "waiting for stdio data" > "received EOF, stopping recv loop"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

OCP 4.10.55
OADP with AWS 1.1.4

How reproducible:
 all the time in customer's environment
