Currently, Scale team relies on Jetski to perform OCP deployment.  There are currently several issues with jestski that are not fixed.  This task is about 

• scale team member to assist devops team member with updating their self-maintained instance of jetski repo with latest custom fixes  by syncing devops jetski repo with scale teams's alf working version which should be on mpqe repo
• scale team member re-open fixes to Jetski upstream after speaking with Sai maitainer directly.
• devops team member assist with fixing existing OCP deployment job with jetski on scalelab to deploy OCP correctly with ODF with MCG 
• devops team member to make sure the OCP deployment job inclues the following post deployment actions: will additionally cover the following items listed here:  https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/mlehrer/mpqe-scale-scripts/-/blob/master/misc-scripts/post-ocp-deploy.sh
• KT session between Devops team and Scale team for creating a job per devop teams job template/standards for wrapping external bash or ansible script to be executed on our provisioner, and then linking job to post OCP deployment
