Description of problem:

Slow backup performance for 2000 pods with restic  on OADP 1.2 comparison to OADP 1.1.0

NOTE both OAPD 1.1 and 1.2 testing were run on the same hardware OCP setup, the only difference is the OADP version tested (OADP 1.2, tested, then same test re-run on OADP 1.1)

Test scenario is 2000 pods using busybox , PVC size 32MB on cephfs storage class using restic plugin bucket on Minio 

OADP 1.1.0  Backup duration : 0:25:54
OADP 1.2.0  Backup duration : 0:52:03

OADP : 1.1.0 - GA  /  1.2.0 - Stage 

OCP: 4.11.41
ODF: 4.11.8

How reproducible:

run backup cycle on OADP: 1.1.0 GA  scenario name :  backup-restic-busybox-perf-single-2000-pods-cephfs

run backup cycle on OADP: 1.2.0 Stage  scenario name :  backup-restic-busybox-perf-single-2000-pods-cephfs
