This epic is tracking the work required to integrate a generic "data mover" solution into OADP. This solution will allow users to backup CSI snapshots to object storage, and eventually the ability to restore volumes from snapshots onto different storage providers.

The goal is to enable snapshot portability and durability leveraging volsync.
