OADP registry dependency is insecure

      As of today, the registry that OADP installs and uses for internal image backup is insecure and communicates over port 80. This is problematic for some customers.

      We will want to either secure the registry, or complete the work to remove the registry entirely (see https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OADP-194)
