Description of problem:

CSI Restore duration takes longer  time , comparison to OADP 1.1

there is a  degradation between 10-30 min  on the total duration for restore using CSI 

results regarding backup using CSI  1000 pods ceph-rbd PVC size 32MB each  on OADP 1.1
