Description of problem:

While running CSI backup over CephRBD&CephFS, both VSs & VSCs are created.

When the backup is done, VSs & VSCs are deleted

Create NS on CephRBD and CephFS

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Running CSI backup
2. During Backup, Monitor VSs & VSCs are created
3. Backup done , Monitor VSs & VSCs are created

Actual results:

VSCs are deleted

Expected results:

VSCs should not be deleted
